- 1 pound pork cut in strips
- 2 cups cabbage chopped
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 celery stalks chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic chopped small
- 1 teaspoon ginger chopped small
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper
- Heat oil in big pan. Add salt and pepper to pork. Cook pork until brown all over. Take pork out of pan.
- Put onions in same pan. Cook until soft and see-through. Add garlic and ginger for thirty seconds.
- Add bell pepper and celery. Cook two minutes while stirring. Add cabbage and cook one minute.
- Mix cornstarch with chicken broth. Add soy sauce to this mix. Pour sauce into pan with vegetables.
- Put pork back in pan. Add bean sprouts and mix everything. Cook two minutes until sauce gets thick. Serve hot with rice right away.
