Break ramen noodles in a chip bag.
Add seasoning, seal, and shake to distribute evenly.
Cut summer sausage into bite-sized pieces.
Drain canned mackerel (if used) and flake fish.
Drain canned chicken chunks (if used).
Dice Casabella peppers and jalapeno slices.
Combine meats, and peppers, and mix thoroughly.
Add Sriracha sauce or preferred hot sauce generously.
Crush Hot Cheetos in a chip bag until fine.
Mix crushed Hot Cheetos into the meat mixture.
Add cooked white rice and black beans.
Gradually add hot water while stirring. Moist, not soggy.
Lay open a chip bag.
Carefully spoon the mixture evenly into the bag.
Seal, remove excess air, and secure with a paperclip.
Cover the sealed bag with a towel.
Place in a microwave-safe dish.
Microwave for 3-5 minutes to meld flavors without overcooking.
Carefully open the bag, and transfer the mixture to a plate or bowl.
Garnish with extra crushed Hot Cheetos and shredded cheese if desired.
