Ingredients
  

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • cups sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • cup water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease your 9x5 inch loaf pan thoroughly.
  • Mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg together.
  • Whisk oil, eggs, and sugar until smooth.
  • Add pumpkin puree and mashed bananas gradually.
  • Pour in water and mix well.
  • Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture gently.
  • Pour batter into prepared loaf pan evenly.
  • Bake for 60-65 minutes until golden.
  • Cool in pan for 10 minutes completely.

Notes
