- 3 ½ cups Rice flour
- 1 ½ cups Granulated sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons Baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Water
- 1 ¾ cups Whole milk
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
In a large bowl, combine rice flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk, water, and vanilla extract; stir until well blended.
Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Line moulds with banana leaves.
Pour batter halfway into moulds.
Steam for 15 minutes until the toothpick comes out clean.
Cool before serving.
