Ingredients
  

  • 280 Shrimp (shelled and deveined, tail-on)
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Parsley (Chopped)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste 

For The Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoon Thai sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli garlic sauce, Rooster brand
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash shrimp, dry and put salt and pepper.
  • In a pan, warm 1 tablespoon of oil.
  • Make shrimp a bit brown on each side. Then, take them out.
  • Warm the other 1 tablespoon of oil.
  • Cook garlic until a bit brown.
  • Put in shrimp and all the sauce things.
  • Mix them well.
  • Decorate shrimp with cut parsley.
  • Serve right away.

Notes

  • Use fresh shrimp for the best taste. The sweet chilli sauce brings out the natural flavours.
  • Don't cook the shrimp too much. Aim for a tender, slightly see-through centre. Overcooked shrimp can become tough.
