- 280 g Shrimp (shelled and deveined, tail-on)
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- Parsley (Chopped)
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
For The Sauce:
- 3 tablespoon Thai sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Chilli garlic sauce, Rooster brand
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 pinch Salt
Wash shrimp, dry and put salt and pepper.
In a pan, warm 1 tablespoon of oil.
Make shrimp a bit brown on each side. Then, take them out.
Warm the other 1 tablespoon of oil.
Cook garlic until a bit brown.
Put in shrimp and all the sauce things.
Mix them well.
Decorate shrimp with cut parsley.
Serve right away.
