- 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained
- 1 big red pepper roasted
- 1/4 cup tahini sesame paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Roast red pepper in oven until skin is dark.
Let it cool, then peel and take out seeds.
Put chickpeas and red pepper in blender.
Add tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and cumin.
