- 4 Skinless chicken breasts
- 4 ounces Soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon Minced onion (dried)
- 1 tablespoon Ground ginger
- 3 tablespoon Onion flakes
- 1/2 tablespoon Garlic powder
- 3/8 cup Bourbon
Prepare marinade: Combine soy sauce, ginger, onion flakes, sugar, garlic powder, and bourbon.
