Ingredients
  

  • Skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 ounces Soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Minced onion (dried)
  • 1 tablespoon Ground ginger
  • 3 tablespoon Onion flakes
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 3/8 cup Bourbon

Instructions
 

  • Prepare marinade: Combine soy sauce, ginger, onion flakes, sugar, garlic powder, and bourbon.
  • Marinate chicken: Coat chicken breasts with the prepared seasoning in a bowl. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 365 degrees.
  • Bake chicken: Remove marinated chicken from the refrigerator and bake for one hour.
  • Rest and serve: Allow the chicken to rest, then serve with bourbon glaze.
