Ingredients
  

  • 100 ml  Soy Sauce
  • 50 ml  White Vinegar
  • 47 grams  Sugar
  • 50 ml  Cooking Oil
  • 3 ⅓ tablespoon Chicken Bullion Powder
  • 4 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 4 teaspoon Capsaicin
  • 2 teaspoon Yeast Powder (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Blend soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar until dissolved.
  • Introduce oil, chicken powder, and various spices; mix thoroughly.
  • Transfer the blend to a glass container.
  • Combine in a bag with seaweed and sesame for flakes.
  • Cook noodles as per package instructions.
  • Infuse noodles with 2 tbsp of sauce blend.
  • Garnish with flakes, savour, and relish.
