- 2 tubes crescent rolls
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
Heat oven to 375°F.
Cook sausage in pan until done.
Drain fat from cooked sausage.
Mix cream cheese with hot sausage.
Add both cheeses and spices.
Mix in green onions.
Open crescent rolls on baking sheet.
Make circle with triangles pointing out.
Press edges together to seal.
Put sausage mix on wide parts.
Fold points over filling.
Brush with beaten egg.
Bake 18-20 minutes until golden.
