Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Peel and mince the garlic cloves finely.
  • Fresh garlic works best for flavor.
  • Set it aside in a small bowl.
  • Put butter in your saucepan over medium heat.
  • Let it melt slowly and completely.
  • Do not let it burn or brown.
  • Add minced garlic to the melted butter.
  • Stir it gently with your wooden spoon.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • The garlic should not turn brown.
  • Add lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
