- 1/2 cup Pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 pinch Turmeric
- Ice cubes
Start by making green tea in a teapot or cup. Use one tea bag or a teaspoon of loose tea leaves per cup. Steep for 3-5 minutes, then remove the bag or strain. Let it cool.
