Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup  Green tea (brewed and chilled)
  • 1/2 cup  Pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup  Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon  Honey
  • 1 pinch  Turmeric
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Start by making green tea in a teapot or cup. Use one tea bag or a teaspoon of loose tea leaves per cup. Steep for 3-5 minutes, then remove the bag or strain. Let it cool.
  • While the tea cools, squeeze fresh pineapple and lemon for a brighter flavour.
  • In a blender, mix cooled green tea, pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, honey, and turmeric. Blend until everything combines, dissolving the honey and incorporating the turmeric.
  • Pour the blended mocktail over ice in a tall glass.
  • Add a lemon slice or a sprig of fresh mint for an attractive look and extra flavour.
