Ingredients
  

  • For the Steak:
  • 2 ribeye steaks about 1-inch thick
  • Salt as needed
  • Black pepper as needed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • For the Sauce:
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon parsley if you want

Instructions
 

  • Let the steak sit out for 20 minutes.
  • Put salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Heat a pan on medium-high.
  • Add olive oil and then butter.
  • Put the steaks in the pan.
  • Cook each side for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Take the steaks out and let them rest.
  • Now make the sauce in the same pan.
  • Add butter and chopped garlic.
  • Cook until the garlic smells good.
  • Pour in bourbon carefully.
  • Let it boil for 2 minutes.
  • Add cream, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Stir until the sauce gets thick.
  • Cut the steak and pour the sauce over it.
  • Add parsley if you like.
