Take a medium-sized tall bowl and add the cream cheese to it.
With the help of an electric mixer, whip the cream cheese at medium-high speed. Keep whipping so that it attains a smooth consistency.
Add the Instant cheesecake pudding mix powder and keep mixing until it is thoroughly combined.
Lower the speed of the electric mixer to medium-low. Add a tablespoon of creamer to the whipped mixture. Keep whipping while adding the spoonfuls of creamer one after the other.
When all the creamer has been added, enhance the speed of the electric mixer to medium-high and whip. Keep doing this until the mixture turns into an even and smooth texture.
Take another large bowl and add bananas, strawberries, and freshly squeezed lemon juice in it.
Mix them well so that the bananas and strawberry pieces are coated with lemon juice from everywhere.
Add the cheesecake mixture to this fruit mixture. Gently mix them with a spatula so that all the ingredients are completely merged into one another.
It is better if you serve this salad chilled. So refrigerate before serving. If you like it at room temperature, serve it immediately. Bon Appetit!
