Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Put muffin liners in the muffin tin.
Mix flour, baking powder, soda, and salt.
In another bowl, beat butter and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time. Mix well.
Add vanilla and sour cream. Mix again.
Add dry mix slowly into wet mix.
Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
Fill muffin cups halfway with batter.
Place one cream cheese cube in each cup.
Add more batter to cover the cheese.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
Use a toothpick to check if it’s done.
Let muffins cool for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle powdered sugar if you like.
