Cook bacon until very crispy in pan.
Take bacon out and drain well.
Keep some bacon fat in the pan.
Add corn to the hot fat.
Cook corn for 5 minutes until soft.
Let corn cool down before mixing anything.
Cut onion and pepper into small pieces.
Mix mayo and sour cream together well.
Add vinegar and sugar to mayo mix.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix corn with cut up vegetables.
Add crispy bacon to the corn mix.
Pour dressing over everything in the bowl.
Mix all ingredients together very gently.
Add chives on top and mix once.
