Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Mexican Stewed Tomatoes (14.5 oz) 
  • 1 can Tomatoes and Green Chilies (Diced) (10 oz) 
  • ½ cup  White Onion (Chopped)
  • cup  Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
  • Jalapeno Pepper
  • Salt (To Taste)

Instructions
 

  • Place Mexican Stewed Tomatoes, Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes and green Chilies chopped White Onion, and Fresh Cilantro into a food processor or blender.
  • For a milder salsa, remove seeds and ribs from the Jalapeno Pepper. For a spicier version, leave them in. Chop the Jalapeno Pepper and add it to the mix.
  • Add a pinch of salt for initial seasoning; adjust later if needed. Cover the processor or blender with the lid.
  • Pulse the ingredients for 20-25 seconds, achieving your desired consistency. Fewer pulses for chunky salsa, more for smoother.
  • Transfer the salsa to the refrigerator for 30 minutes, allowing flavours to meld.
  • After chilling, transfer the salsa to a bowl. Your homemade Taco Bueno Salsa is ready to enjoy!
