- 1 can Tomatoes and Green Chilies (Diced) (10 oz)
- ½ cup White Onion (Chopped)
- ⅓ cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper
- Salt (To Taste)
Place Mexican Stewed Tomatoes, Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes and green Chilies chopped White Onion, and Fresh Cilantro into a food processor or blender.
For a milder salsa, remove seeds and ribs from the Jalapeno Pepper. For a spicier version, leave them in. Chop the Jalapeno Pepper and add it to the mix.
Add a pinch of salt for initial seasoning; adjust later if needed. Cover the processor or blender with the lid.
Pulse the ingredients for 20-25 seconds, achieving your desired consistency. Fewer pulses for chunky salsa, more for smoother.
