Wash cucumbers and place them in a half-gallon jar.
Dissolve sea salt in 6 cups of water.
Grind coriander, mustard seeds, peppercorns, and 2 bay leaves.
Add garlic and ground spices to the jar.
Pour enough salted water to cover the cucumbers.
Place fresh dill pieces on top.
Add more coriander seeds, peppercorns, and 1 bay leaf.
Ensure cucumbers are fully covered with water.
Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 days.
