Ingredients
  

  • Kirby cucumbers
  • Fresh dill (Few pieces)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon  Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon  Black peppercorns
  • Bay leaves
  • 6 cloves  Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup  Sea salt
  • 6 cups  Water
  • Whole coriander seeds and peppercorns (Additional)

Instructions
 

  • Wash cucumbers and place them in a half-gallon jar.
  • Dissolve sea salt in 6 cups of water.
  • Grind coriander, mustard seeds, peppercorns, and 2 bay leaves.
  • Add garlic and ground spices to the jar.
  • Pour enough salted water to cover the cucumbers.
  • Place fresh dill pieces on top.
  • Add more coriander seeds, peppercorns, and 1 bay leaf.
  • Ensure cucumbers are fully covered with water.
  • Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 days.
  • Your delicious pickle is now ready to savour.
