For Chicken:
- 2 lbs chicken thighs cut up
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
For Sauce:
- 6 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Add garlic powder to chicken pieces.
Roll chicken in flour lightly.
Heat oil in big skillet.
Cook chicken until brown all over.
Take chicken out and set aside.
Add butter to same skillet.
Cook garlic for one minute.
Pour in chicken broth slowly.
Add cream and mix well.
Put chicken back in skillet.
Add herbs and paprika on top.
