Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup  Oil
  • Bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon  Onion powder
  • 1.5 lb  Sirloin trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • Large red onion
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup  Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons  Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon  Chipotle chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons  Soy sauce

Instructions

  • Start by cleaning and cutting peppers and onions into the size you want.
  • Cut the steak into pieces that are easy to handle and eat.
  • Grab a freezer bag. Pour in Worcestershire sauce, then add soy sauce.
  • Also, pour in some vinegar. Now, add onion powder and garlic powder.
  • Finally, sprinkle chipotle powder. Put the steak in the bag and let it soak for hours.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure it's nice and hot.
  • Take a skewer. Thread it with steak and veggies, making it look even.
  • Aim for 3-4 pieces of meat on one skewer. Be careful and uniform.
  • Place them on the hot grill. Cook for 5 minutes on each side.
  • Remember to flip occasionally for even cooking from all sides.
  • Once grilled perfectly, serve these fantastic kabobs with tasty sides. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Let the steak sit in the sauce for the best taste.
  • Don't rush! Cook the kabobs slowly for a perfect sear.
  • While grilling, add more sauce for more taste.
