Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Pound Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1/2 Pound Chicken breast (sliced)
  • 1/2 Pound Beef sirloin (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Water chestnuts (sliced)
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • Red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Ginger (minced)
  • Cooking oil (for cooking)

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken, beef, and shrimp in soy, ginger, and garlic for 15 minutes.
  • Heat wok, add oil. Stir-fry chicken until golden, set aside.
  • Sear the beef in a skillet, then set it aside. Stir-fry shrimp until pink.
  • In the wok, stir-fry broccoli, bell pepper, and water chestnuts until crisp.
  • Add cooked chicken, beef, and shrimp. Pour soy, oyster sauce, sesame oil.
  • Toss until well coated. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Use high heat for a fast and crisp result.
  • Adjust soy sauce and seasonings based on taste.
