- 1/2 Pound Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1/2 Pound Chicken breast (sliced)
- 1/2 Pound Beef sirloin (sliced)
- 1/2 cup Water chestnuts (sliced)
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 Red bell pepper (sliced)
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tsp Garlic (minced)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Ginger (minced)
- Cooking oil (for cooking)
Marinate chicken, beef, and shrimp in soy, ginger, and garlic for 15 minutes.
Heat wok, add oil. Stir-fry chicken until golden, set aside.
Sear the beef in a skillet, then set it aside. Stir-fry shrimp until pink.
In the wok, stir-fry broccoli, bell pepper, and water chestnuts until crisp.
Add cooked chicken, beef, and shrimp. Pour soy, oyster sauce, sesame oil.
