  • 1 cup  Mayonnaise

  • Take everything you need: Velveeta cheese, milk, sugar, vinegar (preferably apple cider vinegar), pimentos (drained), and mayonnaise.
  • Cube the 1 lb of Velveeta cheese and place it in a double boiler over low heat. Alternatively, you can melt it in the microwave, taking care not to scorch it.
  • Once the Velveeta cheese has melted, add in the desired amount of milk and sugar. For a low-sugar option, you may use a substitute like Swerve.
  • Incorporate 1 tablespoon of vinegar into the mixture, preferably apple cider vinegar, for a tangy twist. Also, add the diced pimento, ensuring that any excess liquid is drained.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat and allow it to cool slightly. This step allows the flavors to meld together.
  • Add mayonnaise to the mixture and mix thoroughly until well combined.
  • Transfer the prepared Velveeta Pimento Cheese to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator to preserve its freshness.
