Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound  Ahi tuna (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/4 cup  Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon  Lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 bag  Tortilla chips
  • 1 cup   Guacamole
  • 1/2 cup  Jalapeños (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup  Green onions (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup  Cilantro (chopped)

Instructions
 

  • Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, vinegar, lime juice, and pepper flakes.
  • Coat tuna in marinade, chill for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Spread chips on a tray. Top with tuna, guacamole, jalapeños, and onions.
  • Bake for about 5-7 minutes until crispy and heated.
  • Sprinkle cilantro, and serve right away.

Notes

  • Use the freshest Ahi tuna you can find for the best poke.
  • Even though extra toppings are tempting, remember to keep things balanced.
  • Make sure your poke and toppings are cold for a refreshing experience.
  • Adjust the amount of Sriracha aioli based on how spicy you like.
