Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup  Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup  mint leaves (finely chopped)
  • 2 medium cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice (fresh)
  • 1/2 teaspoon  ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon  cayenne pepper
  • Kosher salt (to taste)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

Sauce

  • In a small bowl, add yoghurt, garlic, mint, lemon juice, cayenne, and cumin and stir to combine.
  • Add salt and pepper to your liking. Leave it for 30 minutes.
  • Transfer the sauce to an airtight container and place it in the refrigerator for up to a week. Serve with your favourite dishes.
