- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mint leaves (finely chopped)
- 2 medium cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice (fresh)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Kosher salt (to taste)
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Sauce
In a small bowl, add yoghurt, garlic, mint, lemon juice, cayenne, and cumin and stir to combine.
Add salt and pepper to your liking. Leave it for 30 minutes.
