Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz  Barilla Uncooked Elbow Macaroni
  • 2 teaspoon Grated Carrots (Squeezed Of Excess Liquid)
  • 3 oz  Imitation Crab (Shredded)
  • 1 cup  Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Onion (Minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Celery (Minced)
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Sugar
  • teaspoon Hon Dashi

Instructions
 

Prepare the Macaroni:

  • Boil 4 quarts of water. Add 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. oil.
  • Add macaroni. Boil for 7-8 minutes for "al dente" texture.
  • Drain macaroni and set aside.

Prepare Ingredients:

  • Peel carrots. Wash all veggies and mince celery.
  • Grate carrots, and shred imitation crab.

Mix the Salad:

  • In a bowl, combine macaroni, crab, veggies, seasonings, and Hon Dashi.
  • Mix well with a spoon.
  • Refrigerate for four hours.
  • Before serving, mix and add more mayo if needed.

Notes

  • Put the salad in the fridge for an hour before eating. This helps the flavors mix together nicely.
  • Mix in the mayo slowly until you get the creaminess you like.
  • You can use veggies like carrots, bell peppers, and onions for extra crunchiness.
