- 6 oz Barilla Uncooked Elbow Macaroni
- 2 teaspoon Grated Carrots (Squeezed Of Excess Liquid)
- 3 oz Imitation Crab (Shredded)
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Onion (Minced)
- 1 teaspoon Celery (Minced)
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon Hon Dashi
Prepare the Macaroni:
Boil 4 quarts of water. Add 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. oil.
Add macaroni. Boil for 7-8 minutes for "al dente" texture.
Drain macaroni and set aside.
Mix the Salad:
In a bowl, combine macaroni, crab, veggies, seasonings, and Hon Dashi.
Mix well with a spoon.
Refrigerate for four hours.
Before serving, mix and add more mayo if needed.
