Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium zucchini shredded
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cheese grated
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions
 

  • Shred zucchini with grater into big bowl.
  • Mix zucchini with salt and let sit.
  • Wait 10 minutes for water to come.
  • Squeeze zucchini in towel until very dry.
  • Add flour, cheese, and eggs to zucchini.
  • Mix in onions, garlic, and parsley well.
  • Add pepper and mix everything together.
  • Heat oil in large pan over heat.
  • Drop spoonfuls of mix into hot oil.
  • Cook for 3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Flip patties carefully with spatula tool.
  • Cook other side for 3 minutes more.
  • Put on paper towels to drain.
  • Serve hot with sauce you like.
