- 1 kg chicken pieces thighs or breasts
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Wash and pat the chicken dry.
Marinate the chicken with buttermilk and salt.
Refrigerate it for at least four hours.
