- 1 cup Greek yoghurt boneless and skinless
- 4 tablespoon Olive oil (extra virgin)
- ½ Fresh lemon
- 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- ½ tablespoon Dried oregano
- ½ tablespoon Dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
Marinating:
Squeeze half a lemon for juice.
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, herbs, salt, and pepper.
