Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt boneless and skinless
  • 4 tablespoon Olive oil (extra virgin)
  • ½  Fresh lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon Dried oregano
  • ½ tablespoon Dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

Marinating:

  • Squeeze half a lemon for juice.
  • Mix olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Put chicken in a bag or dish.
  • Pour marinade and coat the chicken. Refrigerate 2-24 hours.

Grilling:

  • Preheat the grill/oven to 350°F (medium-high).
  • Oil grill grates to prevent sticking.
  • Take chicken out of the marinade, and discard.
  • Grill/bake until 165°F inside, about 20-30 mins.
  • Rest chicken before slicing or serving.

Serving:

  • Pair with rice, veggies, or salad.
  • Try dipping sauce like tzatziki or hummus.

  • Let the chicken soak up the flavours for an hour or more.
  • Change the spices to your liking—more heat or more citrus, you decide!
