Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Cook tomato paste for 1 minute, then set it aside.
In a bowl, combine chicken, cheese, eggs, spices, and tomato paste.
Mix and transfer to a food processor for mincing.
Place minced chicken mixture in a bowl.
Add green olives and mix thoroughly.
Lay two sheets of plastic wrap, one over the other.
Shape the chicken mixture into a log using the wrap.
Secure ends with knots and wrap them in aluminium foil.
Steam the log for 45 minutes.
Allow it to cool for 15 minutes.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Slice and serve.
