Ingredients
  

For the Crust:

  • 1 and ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter

For the Cheesecake:

  • 3 blocks cream cheese 8 oz each, soft
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup melted dark chocolate

For the Strawberry Swirl:

  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease your pan.
  • Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and butter.
  • Press the mix into the pan.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  • Cook strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a pan.
  • Simmer until thick. Blend and strain it.
  • Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
  • Add sour cream. Stir until smooth.
  • Split the batter. Add chocolate to one half.
  • Pour chocolate batter into the pan.
  • Add the plain batter on top.
  • Drop strawberry sauce on top. Swirl it gently.
  • Place pan on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 55 minutes.
  • Turn off oven. Let cheesecake cool inside.
  • Chill in the fridge overnight.

Notes

  1. Let cream cheese get soft before using.
  2. Don’t mix the batter too much.
  3. Chill it for the best flavor.
  4. Tap the pan to remove air bubbles.
  5. Use fresh strawberries for the swirl.
