- 1 lb Shrimp
- 3/4 lb Linguine
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 cup Dry White Wine
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Boil the Pasta Fill a large pot with salty water. Bring it to a rolling boil. Add your linguine to the pot. Cook until it is al dente. This usually takes about nine minutes.
Prepare the Shrimp Pat your shrimp dry with paper towels. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Dry shrimp get a better sear. Set them aside for a moment.
