Mix pork, cabbage, green onions, garlic, and ginger.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
Put a small amount of filling on a wrapper.
Wet the edges with water and fold in half.
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
Place gyoza flat side down in the pan.
Cook until the bottom turns golden brown.
Add water, cover, and steam for 3 minutes.
Take off the lid and let the water dry up.
Serve hot with dipping sauce.
