Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs Beef neck bones
  • 2 cups Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon Creole Seasoning
  • Salt to taste 
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Start by drying and seasoning neck bones.
  • Heat pot, add oil, sear bones, remove.
  • Saute onions in oil until soft and fragrant.
  • Add broth to pot, and deglaze for flavour.
  • Return seared bones to broth, and ensure they're covered.
  • Simmer covered for 2-4 hours until tender.
  • Remove bones, garnish with herbs, and serve. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Brown the bones for more flavour.
  • Take your time when cooking.
