- 3 lbs Beef neck bones
- 2 cups Broth
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 1 cup Chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil
- ½ tablespoon Creole Seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Start by drying and seasoning neck bones.
Heat pot, add oil, sear bones, remove.
Saute onions in oil until soft and fragrant.
