Steps Involved In Making Marquesitas

  1. Blend all batter ingredients until smooth. Rest for 10 minutes or refrigerate for 12 hours. Stir before using.
  2. Heat a 10” crepe pan over medium-high heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter, spread thinly. Once golden, flip. Repeat 2 more times for crispness.
  3. Place the desired filling (like chocolate hazelnut spread and Edam cheese). Roll it up into a wide roll. It crisps up like a cone. Enjoy!
