- Clean the pork Stomach thoroughly. Cut it into small pieces.
- Boil water in a large pot. Add the pork belly pieces. Cook on medium heat for 1-2 hours.
- Until the meat is tender. Finely chop the garlic, onion and coriander.
- Heat some oil in a separate pan. Add the chopped vegetables. Fry until golden.
- Add vinegar and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
- Add this mixture to the pork Stomach.
- Cook for another 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the stove. Serve with hot rice or roti.
